📦 How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@ragegaming.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item back using the label we provide
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days
💰 Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- If you received a free gift or bonus item with your order, it must be returned alongside the main product
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition other than original
🔁 Exchanges
