📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@ragegaming.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Ship the item back using the label we provide
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days

💰 Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • If you received a free gift or bonus item with your order, it must be returned alongside the main product
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition other than original

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged units. If you would like a different product instead of a refund, simply mention this in your return request email and our team will guide you through the process.
